HOLLAND BULB MARKET BV is one of the oldest flower bulb export company’s in the world. It was founded in 1868 en was rewarded with the honorary title “by appointment to the court of the Netherlands” due to its excellent reputation as a grower and supplier of flower bulbs and perennials worldwide and for the Dutch Royal Family.

We have specialized, in these nearly 150 years, in supplying three branches of the industry retail outlets, landscapers and professional cut flower and potted plant producers. Today we export over more than 5,000 varieties of flower-bulbs (tulips, hyacinth, lilium, gladioli, daffodils, crocus, allium etc.), perennial’s (peonies, hosta, iris germanica etc.) and p9 pots (shrubs, trees, fruit etc.) to over  more than 50 countries worldwide.

Due to our close relationship with the main tulip breeders en growers in Holland and our own production and breeding we are able to offer the latest varieties and all other varieties on the market. We source our bulbs globally which enables us to supply tulip bulbs for every flowering period.  After investigation of the clients’ needs, skills and production facilities we can offer a complete forcing schedule and preparation program for all breeding methods (9°C and 5°C, hydroponic, soil, full ground, crates, pot and cut flowers). If needed active consultation on site is offered to secure a smooth production. All our programs are sampled and forced in our own greenhouse to secure quality and the complete process is continuously monitored by our quality manager.
